The Stratford A.J. Jackson Construction Minor Atom MD Warriors defeated the Sarnia Jr. Sting 1-0 in playoff action on Sunday. Dominic Boon fired a wrist shot past the Sarnia goalie in the second period with Mac Starkebaum and Keagan Goforth picking up the assists for the only goal of the game. Warrior goalie Liam McCann earned the shutout with several sparkling saves. The Warrior defensive unit of Kobe Robinson, Josh Bossence, Kiran Wotherspoon, Eric Van Nes, Keagan Goforth and Mac Starkebaum all played well defensively to preserve the shutout.
