Two more wins for the Peewee MD's
The Stratford Parlour Best Western Peewee MD Warriors played two games this past week and came away with two victories. The first game was against the St. Marys Rock and the Warriors skated away with a 6-3 win. The line of Mack Rankin, Parker Wamboldt and Beckett Mulder combined for 15 points. Mulder scored 3 goals and had two helpers. Rankin and Wamboldt each scored singles and added four assists. Xavier Rutherford and Kayden Buck played well in goal and Mathieu Carmen scored a single. For St. Marys, Josh Smith had 3 assists in the loss.
The Warriors then played a much-improved Woodstock team and skated away with a 4-0 victory. Kayden Buck earned the shutout making 21 saves. Wamboldt had a goal and 2 assists, Rankin had a goal and an assist. Singles going to Leam Hughes, and McCauley Ross (first of the year) and helpers going to Ryan Carruthers and Mulder.
