Pacheco has a 4 point night, but Warriors loose in O/T.
Stratford Warriors Canadian Tire Major Bantams now have their backs to the wall in their 8 point league final. The Warriors are now down 7 points to 1 after two weekend losses. Saturday night they lost 3-1 to Sarnia and a 6-5 heartbreaker in overtime on Sunday. In Sarnia on Sunday defenseman Zach Pacheco led the way with 3 goals and an assist, with John Bice adding two more. Bice’s second goal came with only 21 seconds in regulation time to tie the score at 5-5. Sarnia scored on their first shot on net in the overtime frame to win it 6-5. Cody Gosselin, Mark Schmidt, Andrew Bogdon Blake Pickering, Joe Gioia and Matthew Chiocchio all had an assist each. The shots were even at 22 each. Next game is in Stratford Monday night 8:00 P.M. at the Allman Arena.
