A Week of Bandits!
The AJ JACKSON Minor Atom MD Team played host to the London Bandit Orange hockey team twice last week.
On Thursday night they were defeated 5-0. Jordan Sinclair and Keegan McArthur played spirited games on defence and Tyson Jurchuk and Cole Cook played well up front. On Saturday, despite a much better team effort, they were defeated 3-2.
Ben Wyatt scored an unassisted goal in the second period to tie the game at 1-1. Zach Bell tapped in a loose puck in the third period to tie the game at 2-2. Assists went to Tyler Guy and Ben Wyatt. A late power play goal by the Bandits finished off the scoring. Gabe Plain and Carson Teolis were strong on the defence while Garrett Culliton and Tyler Gibb played well all game up front. Cieran Diebolt and Carson Knott made several outstanding saves throughout both games.
