After seeing the lead in their Alliance play-off series cut
to two
points with a home loss Saturday, the Scotiabank Major Peewee Rep
Warriors
travelled to London Monday night and used a complete team effort to
defeat the
Bandits 3-0.
After a scoreless first period the Warriors hit the board in the second when Scott Chisholm scored off of a beautiful feed from Brody Hunt. Tyreese Harrison also assisted. Three minutes into the third period, the lead was increased to two when Dalton Smith scored from Justin Beuermann and Jarrett Baker. Nathan Hall chipped in a late empty netter with Isaiah Duiker drawing an assist. Ryan Lay earned the shut-out in net. The Warriors will try to wrap-up the Bristol “A” finals on Thursday night at 8p.m. at the Rotary Complex.
