Schoonderwoerd shuts out Woodstock and Swan notches the 1 goal to win it.
Stratford Motor Products Minor Midgets won game 2 in their Bristol "A" semi-final series against Woodstock. On a goal by Greg Swan at the 7:03 mark of the second period and Shutout goaltending by Drew Schoonderwoerd the Tribe have the Navy Vets on the ropes. Schoonderwoerd stopped all 32 shots fired at him to pick up the win. The Warriors were handed 3 minor penalties with 4:31 left in the game but still held off Woodstock to put the game away. Joe Gioia and Zach Pacheco picked up an assist on the lone Stratford marker by Swan.Total shots were 32-17 for Woodstock and game 3 in the best 3 out of 5 series goes Wednesday night back in Woodstock.
