GAME REPORT January 3, 5, and 6, 2013
The Cherrey Bus Lines Minor Bantam Warriors earned 5 of 6 points in three recent games.

While none of the games were poetry in motion we can can take heart in the fact that they improved from one game to the next playing much better hockey Sunday night than they did on Thursday - and are still managing to win games despite not having firing on all cylinders.

Stratford started the weekend with a sloppy 5-5 tie against the St. Thomas Stars. Justin Beuermann had two goals while Scott Chisholm, Joe Yundt and Bradley Kraemer added singles.  Dillon Weinheimer had three assists, Clayton Lewis and Tyreese Harrison each added two with singles going to Dalton Smith and Chisholm.

The level of play was better in a 6-4 win over Kitchener, Yundt had the hot stick and led the way with five goals while Beuermann added a single. Weinheimer, Chisholm and Hunter James each had two assists with singles
going to Smith, Lewis, Evan Moorehead and Ewen Flanagan. Baily Paquette was solid in goal.

The Warriors capped off the weekend with a solid 4-2 win against the Cambridge Hawks. Weinheimer and Yundt each scored twice in the win with assists going to Flanagan, Yundt, Chisholm and Michael Cossey. Jacob Ford had a strong game between the pipes for the Warriors.
