Brantford evens series with 6-3 win
On Thurs. night the Stratford Culliton Major Midgets lost to Brantford 6-3 in game #4 of the 3-5 series the series is now tied 2-2 with game #5 Sat. at 3:30 pm in Brantford. At the end of the first period Brantford had a 3-1 lead. Jake Near scored for Stratford with assist going to Nick Castell. Stratford bounced back in the second period to tie the score 3-3 Nick Castell scored to make it 3-2 with the assist going to Jack Rankin then Sam came scored a unassisted short handed goal to tie the game at 3-3. Brantford scored 3 goals in the 3rd period to take the win and 2 goals came on the power play.
