Warriors Come Close Against Bandits
The Hishon Custom Novice Tier 1 Warriors faced off against the second place London Bandits on Saturday night and put up a good fight!

The Warriors came out strong with the some big saves eary in the game from goalie Aidan Hill on a relentless attack from the Bandits.  Strong forechecking from Nathan Siebert, Dawson White, and big defense from Blake Hodgson and Rylan Hall helped hold the Bandits to one goal after one period.  In the second period the Bandits took a commanding 5-0 lead however, the  Warriors never gave up and a big goal from Lukas Steele, assisted by Aaron Green early in the third gave the Warriors the lift they needed.  Minutes later Steele fired another shot, assisted by Colin Schultz and Ryan Ganselves to put the Warriors within three.  Mid-way through the third period Carter Petrie netted the Warriors third goal, assisted by Grady Murphy.  Blair Stokes grabbed the Warriors fourth goal in 5 minutes to put the boys within one (assisted by Murphy and Schultz).  Unfortunately, the Bandits grabbed one more to win 6-4 despite the strong team effort, especially in net with Hill, Brenden Sippel and a little help from Austin Musselman.

Next Action: The Warriors travel to London March 12 to take on West London, and will be at the Allman March 13 @3:30 to take on the Oakridge Aeroes.
