Exhibition Game vs. Waterloo
The Major Atom Warriors travelled to Waterloo today in the first game of a home and home exhibition series against the Timberwolves. The Warriors started out strong trailing by one goal, 3-2, after the second period. Jake Heinbuch opened the scoring for the Warriors and Ethan Martin added their second goal on the Warriors only powerplay of the game. The Warriors struggled in the third period and ended up trailing the Timberwolves by a final score of 8-2. The Warriors will host the second game in this series Saturday, September 19 at 6:30 at the Rotary Complex.
