Minor Midget Warriors have a slow start, but a strong finish
Sunday, October 11th, Stratford Motor Products Minor Midget Warriors played at home against the St Thomas Jr Stars. Despite a slow start, and maybe a little too much turkey, the Warriors battled back and tied 5-5. Down 4-1 at the start of the third, the Warriors battled hard and scored 4 goals and allowed 1 on a penalty shot.
First period goal scored by Dean Simons, assisted by Sean Chisolm and Sam Wyatt. Third period goals scored by Liam Taylor, with Joel Algra getting the helper. Chisolm scored with Jacob Taylor and Simons assisting. Wyatt scored assisted by Cameron Hanson and the fifth goal scored by Noah Trudgeon, with the assists by Brayden Carnegie and Chisolm to tie the game. A very exciting come back and an excellent effort by the whole team!
