Dunnys Source for Sports minor atom MD's
On Saturday November 7 Stratford lost 2 to 0 to the London Bandits at the RBC. A great game by both teams with London getting both goals in a two minute span in the second period. Stratford passed the puck well in the London end but both London goalies played well in the win.
On Sunday Stratford played Sarnia at the Allman Arena coming away with a 3 to 1 victory. Ethan Dam opened the scoring assisted by Jackson Grasby and Drew Tessmer. Sarnia tied it up before the first period ended. Both teams had their chances but the game remained tied until Bruce Munro gave Stratford the lead assisted by Tyson Malcho with less than four minutes to play. Sarnia pulled the goalie and had Stratford on their heels until Drew Tessmer scored assisted by Aiden Benton into the empty net.
