Tier 2 Warriors pick up big win against Oakridge
The Neumeister Motors Novice Warriors picked up their first win of the playoffs against Oakridge Sunday afternoon.

The Warriors came out with hustle and determination making sure that they came out with a win.  Harrison Robinet got Stratford on the board with a determined shot while on a breakaway.  The Warrior defence worked hard providing assistance to Jake Taylor and Brock Herman who held strong between the pipes to share the win.  Owen VanGestel picked up a beautiful goal after fighting hard to get the puck clear and taking it to the net.  Harrison Robinet netted two more to record a hat trick and help put the Warriors on top 4-3.  Excellent play by Liam Benton, Nash McIlroy and Finley Newton allowed Stratford to maintain control of the game.  Assists went to Evan White-Roy, Henry Flanagan, Alexander Robinson and Mason Bauld.  Next action for Stratford is on Saturday when they take on London Bandits at the Rotary.
