Rheo Thompson Novice Warriors Sweep Weekend Games Against West London
The Novice Rheo Thompson Warriors played West London Black in a home and home playoff matchup and came out on the winning side both games completing their round robin playoffs with a record of 10-2-0.

Saturday would have the boys travel to London for the afternoon matchup. The young Warriors moved the puck well and entered a strong team effort. Evan Hughes would get the boys on the board early on a nice feed from Hudsyn Chaput. Shortly after Hudsyn Chaput would net one of his (2) on the day, on a setup from Jake Schultz and Reid Morris. Maddyx Chaput would add to the lead on pass from Piers Murray. The boys opened up the game even wider as they would add 4 more for a final score of Warriors 7 and Hawks 1. Also scoring for the Warriors was Jack Haines with a pair of goals and Caden Ollson with a single. Earning the remaining Stratford assists were Maddyx Chaput with a pair, Nate VanBakel, Jack Bannon, Fischer MacPherson, Caellum Parsons and Hudsyn Chaput had 2 helpers on the day. Closing the door in the Net for the Warriors was Carter Keating and Jakob Strahm.
 
Sunday the West London Hawks would visit the Allman for game 2 of the weekend. Today the Hawks opened the scoring, but Jack Haines had the Warriors tie the game less than a minute later with Hudsyn Chaput earning the assist. The lone goal in the 2nd frame was an unassisted marker by Hudsyn Chaput. Early in the 3rd frame Nate VanBakel would put the boys ahead 3-1 on a pass from Caden Ollson. The Hawks would come close as they would tie the game early in the 3rd, but Stratford had different plans for the game as they would add 4 unanswered goals to pull away for the win 7-3. Remaining goal scorers for the Warriors were Maddyx Chaput with (2), Evan Hughes with a single and Hudsyn Chaput would add another to his 2nd period goal. Helping on the Warriors goals were Maddyx Chaput, Hudsyn Chaput and Jake Schultz. Griffin Harvey and Owen Blackburn were solid on the blueline for Stratford.
 
Next action will be the final 4 teams remaining in the West Divsion for playdowns. The Warriors will have home ice advantage as the secured 2nd seed last weekend. They will play host to the North London Nationals. Game time TBA.
