Playoff win for the Warriors
The AJ Jackson Construction Minor Atom MD team played only one game on the weekend and won it convincingly by a score of 9-1 over Sarnia. The team moved the puck very well all game as shown by the fact that there were seven different goal scorers. Scoring for Stratford were Matthew Benner with two, Owen Chadwick, Zach Schultz, Ellis Schnurr, Sam Binns, Nick Wagner, Liam Ollson and Spencer Murphy. Schultz and Rowan Smith each had two assists, while Benner, Wagner, Ollson, Liam Eddleston and Logan Hallock each added one helper. Smith and Schnurr had strong games up front while Zach Scrimgeour and Eddleston had great games patrolling the back end for the Warriors. Next up for Stratford the last two games of the playoff round versus West London and North London.
