The Holloway Automotive Minor Atom Rep Warriors and London Jr Knights Green are now tied at 4 points each in an 8 point series.
In Game #4 the Warriors travelled to London on Sunday night for another showdown. Once again, London drew first blood sliding one in past Aidan Hill mid way through the first period. Finally, in the second period defenceman Blake Hodgson fired in a rocket to tie the game, unassisted. In a continual end to end battle Hill came up with big saves, while Cody Bach and Ryan Ganselves worked the blue line to limit the home team’s opportunities. London took the lead to close out the second but late in the third Colin Slattery tied the game with a beauty, assisted by Schultz and Carter Petrie. Unfortunately, the Warriors couldn’t capitalize on the shift in momentum and eventually lost in overtime. The battle continues for the Warriors with a mid-game week on March 22 @ 6:45 on the Molson pad. Fans are encouraged to come on out and watch some great hockey!
