Peewees Up 2 Games in First Round Of Playoffs
Scotia Bank Peewee Stratford Warriors win first 2 games in Rnd 1 of the Bristol Cup Playoffs.

Game 1 at home Saturday was a 6-3 win for the Warriors. Ethan Scrimgeour tipped in a shot from the point by Anthony Guzvinec with Aubrey Carter also with a helper. Cole Lewis dangled through the Kitchener "D" making it 2-0. Third goal went D to D Tanner Meinen over to Connor McIntosh firing one in from the blueline with Zach McCann redirecting it from in front. The JR.Rangers put one on the board before Jacob Hall made it 4-1 from Anthony Guzvinec and Kaleb Schalk  and then 5-1 from Aubrey Carter and Tanner Meinen. The Rangers made it 5-3 trying to catch up before Chadd Langlands fired one in the top corner putting the game out of range, assisted by Kaleb Schalk. Russel Sebben with the win in net.

Game 2 Sunday in Kitchener was hard, penalty filled battle for a 2-1 win for the Peewee Warriors. The Warriors scored on the powerplay in the Rangers end after Chadd Langlands gets the puck to Zach McCann who puts it in the corner to go up 1-0. The Rangers answer back in the the 3rd tying it up before Isaac Deline finds an open Jacob Hall who flies in on net finding the top corner for the win. James Cormier-Hazen played an outstanding game in net.
