The Perth Auto Dismantlers Major Atom Rep Warriors took Game one in six point series against Waterloo.
The Warriors came out strong against Waterloo early in the game testing their netminder off the draw. Stratford was able to slide one in at the 4 min mark off a shot from Colin Schultz, assisted by Austin Musselman and Grady Murphy. Moments later Carter Petrie deked in giving the Warriors a 2-0 lead to close the first. Hard work in the neutral zone from Ryan Gansevles and Rylan Hall kept Waterloo off the boards in the second. Stratford struck again with a third goal mid-way through the final period when Blake Hodgson fed Lukas Steele. Ryan McGill was solid in net, skating away with the shut out!
