1 win, 2 wins, 3 wins! It's a Streaaa ..... SSSSHHHH!!
The Evoke Marketing Warriors picked up four valuable points with wins over Sarnia and West London, October 27 and 28

The Warriors faced the dreaded bus ride to Sarnia October 27 and Malaika Kibedi made several great stops to give the Warriors a chance to get their legs. Ethan Bridges opened the scoring partway through the first.  The teams battle back and forth but unfortunately a shot slipped through with 2.4 seconds left in the first.
Early in the second frame, Colton Campbell and Bridges set up centreman Owen Martin for the go ahead goal.
Seconds after Sarnia tied it early in the third, Bridges scored unassisted on a breakaway. Then with 3:10 remaining Ethan Schmidt converted a pass from Caleb Hurley and Luke Hishon to make it 4-2. With the extra attacker out, Sarnia ripped a shot past Kibedi with 28.3 seconds left but it was as close as they could get as the Warriors won 4-3. The defense pairings of Ryan Watling and Liam Micks, Ryder Duchense and Nick McGill, and Nate Meadows and Alex Erb were outstanding, especially late in the game, limiting the chances.

The Warriors hosted West London October 28 and Mac Munro got the start. He was tested early and came up big. Midway through the first Bridges continued his hot streak fighting off a slash and burying one in the far corner of the net. Less than a minute later Hishon buried a pass from Schmidt and Hurley to give the Warriors a 2-0 lead after one. Unfortunately the Hawks tied it up early in the second with two quick goals despite Munro making several good saves throughout the period.
Early in the third, Jason Adair fed a beautiful pass to Schmidt in the slot and he fired bar down to restore the lead. Minutes later, off an aggressive forecheck on the goalie by Adair,  Hishon jammed home a goalmouth scramble to make it 4-2 and then Hurley fired a backhand beauty late in the third to pad the lead. The Hawks scored late to make it 5-3 but that was as close as they could get. The line of Cohen Bowles, Adair and Parker Glitz are getting chances and most importantly limiting opportunities for the opposition. The defense is also playing well.

The win gives the Warriors a record of three wins and three losses.
The Warriors are back in action November 4 against the first place North London Nationals.
