Spring Team Meeting
Parents, as discussed, we are required to hold a Spring team meeting prior to May 31st.
Details are on the calendar post for May 23rd at 615pm. I am hoping we are done by 7pm at the very latest.
We will need at least one parent from each family. Player is optional (if not in attendance, you will need to pick number on player's behalf).
Agenda:
- initial registration fee (green handout, given on May 14th)
- copy of birth certificate ONLY if player did not play in the Alliance or OMHA last year
- volunteer positions: Manager (3 people), Booster (6 people), Parent Rep (1 person)
- assign player numbers (returning kids first right of refusal on last seasons number)
- tournament vote
- team administrative items as listed by SMHA
- hear from SMHA Convenor or Alternate
Manager- tournament registrations, tournament bookings, timekeeper schedule, game sheets, team administration needs for SMHA and communications related to SMHA, etc
Booster- game music, snacks, team articles, team events, fundraising committee, etc
Parent Rep- as outlined on smha.com website
