Warriors defeat 99ers and Stars
Written by Dave Graff.  The SMHA Stratford Motor Product Minor Midgets got 23 saves from Tallyn Soper and turned a solid defensive effort into a 2-0 win over visiting Brantford at the Rotary Complex on Sunday.

A first period goal by Patrick Holloway and a second period maker from Carter Musselman was more than enough for the home side to secure the two points. Braydon Tinning assisted on both tallies while Owen Duiker and Owen Singer had one a piece.

Last Tuesday the Warriors again made the most of home ice beating St. Thomas 5-2. Carter Musselman short handed, Duiker, Luke Gaylor, Aiden McMann and Bantam call up Jacob Hall hit the visiting mesh for the Warriors. Tinning had two helpers in this one also as did Holloway while Zach Carman, Nathan Graff, Hall, Caleb Musselman and Gaylor had one each. Through four Alliance league games so far the Warriors have yet to lose, winning three and tying one with their overall record sitting at 10-2-1.
