4 point weekend places Warriors in a tie for 1st place

Stratford Holloway Automotive Minor Atoms win a pair and jump into a tie for 1st place.

On Saturday the Warriors traveled to London to take on the London Mustangs White. Caleb Hurley scored 3 goals that included a regular strength, a shorthanded, and a powerplay goal. Ryan Watling added 2 goals while Ethan Schmidt had a single to pace the Warriors to a 6-2 win. Assists went to Colton Campbell, Owen Martin and Cohen Bowles. Gibson Trotter played well in net.


On Sunday the boys took on London Jr Knights Green and came out with a 4-2 win. Luke Hishon, Ethan Bridges, Ryder Duchesne, and Colton Campbell had goals in the win. Assists went to Schmidt, Bridges, Liam Micks, and Nate Meadows. Mac Munro stopped 17 shots in net for the Warriors. Great fore-checking from Saunder deGraauw and strong defense from Cohen Bowles, Nick McGill, Meadows, Micks and Daxton Verspeeten were key in the Warrior win.
