Thornton turns trick in Loss
The Stratford Nes-Tech Warriors, despite another strong individual performance from Scott Thornton, came out on the receiving end of a 10-3 drubbing at the hand of London Bandits Black here on Tuesday night.
Thornton scored all three goals for Stratford, including a couple of unassisted markers, and was consistently a threat on offence all night. Brady Roth and Tyler Gibb each added an assist for the Warriors, who played the game without four regulars. Next action for Stratford comes this weekend as they travel to Detroit to play in Hockeytimes popular Red Wing Experience tourney.
