Close Calls!
The Warriors earned 1 of 4 points in a couple of close games this week. Stratford took a 3-2 lead into the final minute of play against Sarnia before Sarnia managed to tie the game and scored a dramatic goal in the dying seconds to earn the win. Rintoul, Stelmachuk and Trudgeon scored for the Warriors in defeat. Stratford went on to host the Bandits on Tuesday once again carrying the lead late into the game on goals by Stelmachuk and call-up player Andrew Ivey and once again the Warriors gave up a late goal resulting in a 2-2 tie.
