The Hishons Custom Tier 1 Novice Warriors lost to the London
Nationals on Thursday with a score of 10-0.
The score does not reflect the effort or intensity of the game. After the second period, it was only 4-0 for the Nationals. There was gritty fore-checking by Daniel Rusen-Steele and great speed and back-checking by Owen Gaylor. Defensively, Marek Carter worked hard on the boards and cleared pucks from the front of the net and Nathan Gibb was effectively carrying the puck forward to the offensive zone and holding the blue line.
