Peewees Battle Hard At Silverstick
Scotia Bank Peewee Stratford Warriors went 0-2-1 in the annual Stratford Silver Stick "AA" tournament. Game 1 against Waterloo ended in a 0-0 tie with Russel Sebben earning the shutout for the Warriors.

Game 2 against the Mississauga Terriers was a one sided match with the Warriors losing 8-1 with the only goal scored by Cole Lewis assisted by Zach McCann and Chadd Langlands.

Game 3 was a hard fought loss for the Warriors, only going down 3-2 to the Hamilton Huskies with the open netter when the Warriors were fighting for the much needed win to advance to the semis. The first goal for the Warriors was scored on the power play starting with a face off win by Langlands, back to Nole Musselman who threw it across to Jacob Hall for a shot on net and McCann with the finish from a rebound. The Warriors were down 2-1 late in the 3rd and with the goalie pulled, Hall cycled the puck back to Langlands who got himself open for a slapper on net and Lewis parked in front tapping in the tying goal. Hamilton capitalized on the open net with 19 seconds remaining in the game to take the win.  Russel Sebben had another outstanding performance in this game with the Huskies.
