Warriors beat Burlington Black
On Sunday October 31st the Hiller Realty/Royal Lepage Warriors hosted Burlington Black. The Warriors started off strong and finished up 1-0 after the first frame. The Second period gained some traction with a pair of goals. The hard work paid off in the 3rd period when Stratford outplayed Burlington substantially, scoring 6 more goals.
Owen Martin led the way with 4 goals on the afternoon. Caleb Hurley had a pair of goals and assists. Ethan Schmidt had a goal and 5 assists, Luke Hishon with a goal and 4 assists and Colton Campbell with a single marker. Nick McGill and Daxton Verspeeten had a helper each. Bryson Boyne made several good saves in the shutout win. Again Stratford had a strong penalty kill to keep the goose egg for Boyne.
