Dryland Training - Friday Jan 14
This Friday, January 14th, there will be a dryland training session supervised by Mr Merkel and Mr Brickman from 4:45pm to 6pm at the Rotary Complex, and all players are expected to be there.
Players are to meet near the front entrance of the building wearing suitable gear for a workout and equipped with a water bottle.
