Stratford Minor Hockey Association is actively seeking coaching staff roles and on-ice help for the 2023-24 season. Staff roles are ideal opportunities for those looking to develop their coaching skillset and experience, give back to the community and grow the love of the game for the next generation. If you are a recent program graduate, a parent of a program graduate or a high school student looking for volunteer hours, these are great opportunities to get involved and grow in the game.

1) U18: Trainer and Assistant Coaches
2) U12 and U14: Various Team staff
3) All ages: practice and on-ice helpers
4) Coaching Mentors
