2024 SMHA Annual General Meeting
The Stratford Minor Hockey Association
will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday June 26th,
2024, at 7pm. The meeting will be in the Tim Taylor Lounge at the Stratford Rotary
Rec Complex, 353 McCarthy Road, Stratford.
The AGM is open to the public to attend, we encourage parents and staff to attend. One vote per member over the age of 18.
There are several Board positions available, including:
President * - 2 year term
Treasurer - 2 year term
Registrar - 1 year term
Ice Scheduler - 2 year term
Multiple Director positions - 1 and 2 year terms
*In order to be nominated for President or Vice President you must be a current BOD member for 2 years or more, and have held a committee chair position for more than 1 year and/or worked as a Director of Tournaments, Director of Seeded Hockey, and/or Minor Development. Said nominee cannot be a Head Coach of a participating team for the upcomin.
