Warriors Clinch First Place
 Stratford Warriors Canadian Tire Major Bantams clinched first place Sunday night by defeating second place Sarnia 4-1. The Warriors moved into first place on Saturday night with their 3-0 shutout over Oakridge. Stratford have 33 points. Sarnia sit with 29 points. Warriors have 2 games left in the schedule, Sarnia have one. Andrew Bogdon opened the scoring at 1:07 of the first period on an unassisted goal. Ethan Adair had two power play goals,  the first one an unassisted blast from the point and a third period marker assisted by Blake Pickering and Joe Gioia. Pickering scored in the second period assisted by Jacob Kompf and John Bice. Stratford’s Jack Bryan stopped 27 Sarnia shots to record the win. Stratford outshot Sarnia 30-28.  by Adam Mair
