SMHA & HPL BODY CHECKING CLINIC REGISTRATION

Alliance Hockey requires all players and goaltenders entering U14 A, AA, AAA programs attend a mandatory Body Checking Clinic. Additionally any 2012 Birth Year players or goaltenders wishing to Affiliate with a U14 A, AA or AAA team may also register — available spots for Affiliates will be assigned as space permits. Please complete the following form to register. Clinics will be limited and participants and will be assigned on a first come basis. If there is enough interest we will look at adding additional clinics. This clinic is being hosted by the Huron Perth Lakers and the Stratford Minor Hockey Association. There is a $30 fee to attend the body-checking clinic. This fee is to be remitted to [email protected] through EFT. Please include your player's name in the transfer message.

ALLIANCE BODY CHECKING PRESENTATION CERTIFICATION

Hockey Canada and Alliance Hockey requires that all players entering the U14 age category complete a mandatory "Off-Ice" and "On-Ice" Body Checking Clinic. All participants are required to review the Alliance Body Checking Presentation in it's entirety and certify with their Parent / Guardian that it has been completed. Please note the "Off-Ice" course must be completed and certified prior to the "On-Ice" component.
