Canadian Tire Bantams 2-1 in Mississauga Tournament
Stratford warriors competed hard on the weekend in Mississauga by going 2-1 but losing out moving on in the tie breaker rule.
In the first game friday Stratford beat a good club from Peterborough 4-1. It was lead by a hat trick from Evan James and a single from Colton Fountain.Friday night the warriors lost a heart breaker 3-2 to the Scarborough Young Bruins. Tim Clay and Parker Wamboldt scored. On saturday night Stratford showed their high powered offence by downing the Windsor Jr Spitfires 6-1. Lead by Fountain with a pair, Andy Brickman, Dalton Carde,Jarret Bogdon and Mack Rankin each with one. Stratford had great goaltending all weekend by Ben Merkel and Noah Redfern-Lount. Boys you should be proud. You represented yourselves and the city well.
