All Equip Minor Peewee MD Face Burlington Bulldogs
The All Equip Minor Peewee MD team knows they need to find the
back of the net in order to record a win. They have only scored 3 goals in the
last three games despite numerous chances.
The Warriors travelled to Burlington to take on the Bulldogs and came up short losing 4-0. Stratford’s goalie, Matthew Reed kept the Warriors in the game throughout the first two periods, heading into the third period 0-0. Reed made many key saves throughout the game but needed the help of his teammates to put the puck in the net. Stratford had many good attempts by forwards, Liam Hill, Zach Richardson, Bruce Munro and Conor Davis but couldn’t put it in. Key defensive plays by Ryan Middegaal, Garrett Spahiu, and Tyson Talsma helped to keep Stratford in the game. Stratford’s next action is the West London Tournament Jan 27-29.
