Stratford 1 - Waterloo 1
The Stratford Scotiabank Major PeeWee AA's ran their unbeaten streak to five games with a 1-1 draw against Waterloo on Tuesday night.
The Bankers came out flying with strong forechecking by Wes Keutsch and Dalton Carde leading to linemate James Wilson depositing a rebound only two minutes into the game. Relentless Waterloo pressure was turned away by the outstanding goaltending of Ben Merkel, who made a game-saving toe save on a Waterloo redirect. Tim Clay had another responsible defensive game for Stratford.
