Novice T1 lose in exhibition action
The Hishons Custom Embroidery T1 Novices dropped a 3-1 decision to Kitchener Red in exhibition action at home Wednesday night. The Warrior goaltending tandem of Kyle Powers and Tallyn Soper was very strong and held the Warriors in the game until they found their legs for the last half of the game.
Patrick Holloway finally solved the Kitchener keeper with 5 minutes to play and althought the Warriors had great pressure throughout the 3rd period, they could only muster 1 goal. Zach Carman and Braydon Tinning used their speed on the backcheck and had strong games for Stratford. The Novices have 1 regular season game remaining at home this weekend before beginning their playoff round robin next week.
