Warriors Battle unbeaten London Black to Tie
The Stratford Best Western/Parlour Peewee MD Warriors played the unbeaten the London Bandit Black at the Argyle Arena Monday evening. The Warriors had 2 previous losses to the Bandits Black and were looking for revenge. The Warriors jumped out to a 1 - 0 lead late in the second period scored by Sam Turner and assisted by Luke McCarroll and Jacob Taylor. The Bandits tied the game early in the third on a powerplay. Aaron Skinner and Declan Rintoul had strong games on Defense. The stellar goaltending of Jeremy Hill kept the Warriors in the game and preserved the tie against a very strong opponet. Next up for the Warriors is the North London Nationals at the Stratford Rotary Complex wednesday night.
