The
Stratford Motor Products Minor Midget Warriors defeated London Mustangs 2-1 in their
last pre-split game to cement a spot in the Alliance AA seeded division.
The Warriors were handcuffed offensively and appeared to lack cohesion but two very opportune goals by Tanner Johnson and some super goaltending from Baily Paquette was enough to hold off the Mustangs and get the job done. Dalton Smith and Clayton Lewis each had one assist.
The Warriors now get a short breather before the second half of the season gets underway.
