The
Stratford Motor Products Minor Midget Warriors played only once this past
weekend as they started the second half of AA Alliance season against the
London Jr Knights White.
The Warriors opened the scoring with Nathan Hall scoring with Logan Bell and Brett Denny getting the assists. At the end of the second, Warriors held a slim 2-1 lead as Noah Kuno scored unassisted. The warriors stormed out in the third period scoring 2 quick goals, Clayton Lewis and Michael Cossey each scored with Dalton Smith, Brad Watson and Steven Tuer drawing assists. The Warriors held off a late charge from London for the 4-3 victory. Jacob Ford was excellent in the Warrior net.
Next up for the Warriors is this Sunday at Dufferin vs Kitchener Rangers.
