A four point night for Connor Hill was all the offense the
Stratford Canadian Tire Major Bantam Warriors needed, as they pounded the
Sarnia Jr. Sting 8-2, completing a three game sweep in the Bristol Alliance
quarter finals Thursday night at the RBC Arena. The hometown Warriors were
never really challenged in the series, scoring 17 goals and only allowing 2,
those two in the final period of the last game.
Hill, was joined on the scoresheet by Minor Bantam call up Caleb Musselman, who had two goals, along with Josiah Kraayenbrink, Callan Ferguson, and Callum McMann all with one apiece. Adam Windsor had a pair of assists, while Hill, McMann, Kraayenbrink, Riley Mathieson, Ben Wyatt, Noah Rusen Steele and Jared LeSouder all had one each.
Stratford now move on to the semifinals against the London Jr. Mustangs (purple), in a six point series that will begin next week.
