Back to Regular Play After SilverStick International
The Stratford Jr. Warriors were back in action this weekend, after having a great experience at the International Silver Stick Finals last weekend. They went 1-0-2 for the weekend, up against some tough competition but played well.
Saturday the Jr. Warriors played against Brantford, dominating the play most of the game, the Jr. Warriors came ahead 5-1. Goals from Zach Ribeiro, Parker Gibbings, Dean Simmons, Keegan Wilkins, and Eric Rolph, assists to Brett Denny (2), Gibbings, Ribeiro, Max Hall, Brandon William, Aaron Skinner, Sean Chisholm and Mitchell Casey. Playing great in net was Jackson DeWar.
Sunday the Warriors were in London playing against the Jr. Knights. Stratford fell short with a score of 3-1. The goal for Stratford came from Denny assisted by Gibbings. Playing in net for Stratford was Zach Weber.
