On Saturday night, the Warriors were defeated 4-2 by the Brantford Saints in  an exhibition game. Josh Smith scored both Warrior goals with linemates Jake Emerson and Isaac Lobsinger picking up assists. Stratford forwards Andrew Ivey, Austin Taylor and Ryan Lott were turned away on several good scoring chances. Brett Maguire and Patrick McIsaac played solid defensive games to keep the game close.
