Warriors eliminated in Constellation, lose 6-3 in semi-final
Stratford Motor Products Minor Midgets were eliimated in the Constellation playdowns by the Waterloo Wolves. The Warriors lost 6-3 in game 5 in Waterloo on Monday night. The Wolves scored 3 in the 1st, Stratford came back to tie it with 3 goals in the 2nd, but the Wolves took control in the 3rd and potted 3 more. Brandan Willis scored the Tribe's first goal, then Josh Hill added the other 2 markers. Liam Kelly assisted on all 3 Stratford goals, with Wyatt Lansdell picking up one assist. Waterloo outshot Stratford 28-20 and now Stratford will meet Cambridge in the Bristol Cup playoffs.
