Warriors Beat Waterloo
The Hishons Custom Tier 1 Warriors played two games during this past week defeating the Waterloo Timber wolves 3-2 on Friday and losing to the Oakridge Aeros 2-0 on Saturday.

On Friday the team played the Waterloo Timberwolves at the Allman Arena winning 3-2. Kaden Brame scored unassisted 30 seconds into the game. Three minutes later Ethan Martin scored with assists going to Liam Hill and Avery Thurston. Waterloo started to come back near the end of the period making it 2 to 1.

Halfway through the second Daniel Van Straaten scored on a power play assisted by Brame. Waterloo came back one minute later to keep it close but could not get through the Stratford defense after that. The team played well the whole game making some nice passing plays and fore-checking aggressively.

On Saturday the Warriors played the Oakridge Areos losing 2 to 0. The team had their passing game going for most the first period but came out flat in the second and third. The Aeros scored once in the first and once in the second. The team remains tied for fourth place with the London Bandits.
