A wild finish, with three goals scored in the final 1:32, resulted in a 3-3 tie between the Stratford Best Western The Parlour Warriors and the West London Hawks, Wednesday night in Stratford at the Molson Arena.
Stratford trailed 2-1 for the majority of the game, with minor peewee call up Riley Mathieson the only Warrior to find the back of the net on a shot from the point early in the second period. Ryan Lott picked up the assist. Things looked bleak for Stratford from that point on, until Josh Smith tied the game with 1:32 left in the third period. Jake Emerson and Mathieson picked up helpers on the equalizer. But with just 46 seconds left in the game, London scored on a goalmouth scramble and scored what looked to be the game winner, but Kolton Debus unassisted marker with 8 seconds left in the game tied the game and sent both teams home with a point.
