The Holloway Automotive Minor Atom Warriors 'AA' rep team lost a pair of league games this past weekend.
On Saturday, the Warriors travelled to London to face the London Jr. Knights Green. Although the final score was 7-1 in favour of London, the game was evenly matched for much of the game. Many players were asked to play new positions in the game and, not only did they have great attitudes toward the changes, they also showed that they can play various positions effectively.
On Sunday, the team faced the Burlington Bulldogs Red team at home and put in one of the stronger team games of the season. Several great breakout plays, neutral zone passes, and offensive set-ups highlighted the game for the Warriors. Despite a 4-1 loss, the players competed hard in what was a good back-and-forth hockey game.
