Back to Back Wins for Warriors
After opening the weekend with a 1-0 loss in Kitchener on Friday, the Warriors responded with back to back wins on Saturday and Sunday.
Ryan Bell got the start in net on Friday and played well in the loss while Bryce Lee had a good game defensively . Saturday night the Warriors would hand Brantford a 4-3 loss. The line of Adam Windsor, Jared LeSouder and Ray Horan contributed all 4 goals with Windsor notching 2 goals and an assist, LeSouder pitching in a goal and 3 assists and Horan scoring 1 goal and 2 assists. Alex Cassone and Callan McMann were strong defensively while the tandem of Carson Knott and Ryan Bell played well in net. The Warriors closed the weekend with a 2-1 win over Kitchener at home. Ben Wyatt and Windsor tallied for Stratford while Eric Gettler and Tyler Pogson made several good decisions at the back end. - Coach Dave Cassone
