Hiller Realty Minor PeeWee rep Warriors went 2 and 0 this weekend with Cole Lewis getting the hattrick and Chadd Langlands 2 goals and 2 assists leading the way on Warrior day beating the Burlington Bulldogs 5-2. Ethan Scrimgeour added 2 assists with Zach McCann and Cole Hislop having 1 each. James Cormier-Hazen was outstanding between the pipes.
Sunday the Warriors kept it going defeating the St.Thomas Stars 4-2. Cole Lewis chipped in with 1 goal and 1 assist, Ethan Scrimgeour 1 goal, Cole Hislop 1 goal, Matthew Barber and Zach McCann also getting assists, giving the warriors a 3-0 lead going into the 3rd. The Stars took advantage of a too relaxed Warrior team getting 2 back,looking like they could come back until they tried passing across the blue line in the Warriors end and Hudson Flood jumped on it and went down on the break and sealed the win upstairs. Carter Chessell received his first win as a Warrior in net making some needed stops and import, Porter Aitken played tough on defense.
The Warriors are back to .500 with 2 wins 2 losses thus far.
