Hiller Realty Minor Peewee rep Warriors started out the Niagara Falls tournament on fire, winning their division 3-0 not allowing 1 goal in 3 games. The boys fought hard but couldn't buy a goal in the semi final against the Cambridge Hawks, losing 3-1 including an empty netter. Aubrey Carter made a strong rush getting the puck to the net for Cole Lewis to score the lone goal for the Warriors in the semi-final game. James Cormier-Hazen played strong only allowing 2 goals in the tourny until he was injured. Carter Chessell came in trying to help with the win but the Warriors were unable to connect to close the gap.
Game 1 the Warriors won 2-0 against Niagara Falls Flyers. Zach McCann and Cole Lewis scoring the goals and Porter Aitken with 1 assist. Isaac Deline and Connor Mcintosh played strong all weekend on "D". Chessell recorded his first of 2 shutouts of the season.
Game 2 was a better challenge but the Warriors took this one 3-0 with Lewis, Nole Musselman and Chadd Langlands scoring pretty sweet goals. McCann, Hudson Flood, Cole Hislop and Matthew Barber getting assists. Cormier-Hazen making some key saves for the shutout.
Game 3 was a bit one sided with a 11-0 scoring spree. Flood fires in a hattrick and 1 assist, McCann with 1goal and 2 assists, Langlands with 3 assists, Ethan Scrimgeour and Musselman 2 goals each, Jacob Hall and Lewis with 1 goal and 1 assist a piece, Barber with 1 goal, Sam Bolger and Hislop with 1 assist each as well. Chessel didn't face many shots but kicked out all for his second shutout.
