Minor Atom MD Warriors Stand Up Against The London Bandits
The Minor Atom MD Warriors saw their first road trip to London to verse the strong London Bandits.  The game was tied 1-1 from a goal by Rem Hruden assisted by linemates Wesley Patterson and Finley Newton.  The final score ended with London leading 3-1. Stratford held strongly with excellent goaltending by Noah Brosens, who saw numerous shots on net.  The defensive pairing of Oscar Seip and Owen Van Gestel held the blue line strongly.

The next game of the weekend saw the Warriors facing the Burlington Bulldogs.  The Warriors has last met the Bulldogs in the Stratford Tournament where Stratford pulled off a 1-0 win.  This game saw the same battling back and forth between the equally matched teams.  The end result was a 4-2 loss.  Goals were scored for the Warriors by Tayler Cook assisted by Ethan Priestap and the second goal from Liam Benton.  Jake Taylor though a little shaken up after a goal was scored during a scramble in front of the net resulting in losing his blocker and stick, made lots of saves throughout the game for the Warriors. Andre Lefebvre and Will McKee helped to protect their goalie by clearing the defensive zone.
